Yeah, they owned a majority, an "interest" Now they own 100% of everything, including the shell. Not trying to cause friction with you, but yes...they just purchased ALL interests. Not sure why a company like Holloman would put out the filings laying out in detail everything if there wasn't some reason for it. The pump is real and for legit reasons. Holloman is the real deal.
