Transfer agents don't account Naked short position

Yes they do!

It is the Transfer Agent's job to make sure companies know how many shares are currently outstanding and who the owners are!

If a huge short (naked or otherwise) position existed, the transfer agent and the company would be fully aware of it!

Anyone have a link to DBMM management ever suggesting that there is a single share short?

Nope!

Now why would that be? Obviously BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ONE!

It is a TOTAL fabrication to draw in inexperienced investors!
