You’re right they can’t report it because it simply does not exist. There are zero naked shorts in DBMM. If there were naked shorts it would most certainly show up in their audited financials because they have to account for those shares. That’s what an audit is, they verify everything. Those shares would have to be verified if they’re missing then obviously they couldn’t be verified
