Why are these imaginary naked shorts not reported in the companies audited financials? If they had NSS the audit would have caught it and its the companies responsibility to go after those who illegally shorted the stock. Please explain why the company is doing nothing and also why they are not being reported by the latest audit.
FINRA says 0 NSS as well. Seems really odd that it would all go undetected after 3 years when all shorted shares must be accounted for in 2 days.
I think a more realistic explanation for the volume would be insiders knew a suspension was coming and dumped their shares before it happened.
