Not sure if the thinking is this is the smoking gun to proving TRON is a scam? It's being presented like it's the best DD out there proving it is. Only the company and the transfer agent knows all the details so making it to be something bigger then it is with out all the details is not good DD. IMO
If TRON is scamming lets figure out how there dumping shares into the market taking our money out with out the unrestricted shares going up. Lets talk about how there scamming the market with none to very little volume every day. We should also talk about how there doing it with out update after update every day to create volume. These are the real things that would prove a scam that I would like to talk about. Not something that is not understood from not knowing all the details of the transaction. SMH
Talking about a real corporation that we have proof is incorporated in Florida https://www.corporationwiki.com/p/35akl8/biofinn-corporation just seems like petty stuff when trying to show how this so called HUGE scam works. If all the details were known it will be clear that what is being presented about Biofinn is nothing at all to be concerned with. There shares are restricted and have a hold on them. It says this right in TRONs financials. They will not get to cash them in. They were issued by the old management. New management said "there not tradeable and may be cancelled" Soon they will be back part of the O/S making the O/S 10% smaller. This is good news not bad news.. SMH
This is right out of there financials:
"Current management has been unable to determine the consideration for the shares issued on July 8, 2019 which total 100,188,600.
The transfer agent has been notified that no transfers or other actions should be undertaken in respect of these shares until such time
as notified by the current management. The 100,188,600 shares as of the date of this report are not tradeable and may be cancelled. "
The whole Biofinn thing is just smoke. I can see right through the BS!
