NONE of them hold water:
1) Biofinn existed as a Florida corporation in July 2019
2) Maybe the corporation was in Italy
3) When disclosures were made, they were already incorporated
4) The TA knows who’s incorporated
5) It must be the interim CEO’s fault
6) It’s the TA’s fault
7) There is no date on the disclosure
8) A good place to look for a Florida Corp is in Italian Business Listings
9) Old news is a disclosure from 1 reporting period ago
10) TRON only submitted the Biofinn shares issuance info in October 2019
11) Biofinn was eventually incorporated, it’s all good
12) A father and son team probably started it Italy
13) 80,000,000 shares are irrelevant
14) SOS files claimed to be opinions
15) The shares could have gone to someone’s personal account
***There is NO proof Biofinn Corporation even existed as a corporation in Florida until August 26th, 2019 - AFTER TRON stated they had already issued Biofinn shares.
