Very nice. I guess you were looking to flip and not hold it. This is one of those passive income longs for me. I make a little over 1,400 a month in dividends from it, so I see no need to sell.

I am glad to hear it did work out for you and you are having a profitable year this far. I am well have had a stellar few days.

I have not been to visit my mom since she bought her new house in Arkansas, so I am not sure if there is a basement or not. However, if I do indeed find out she has one, I will inform her that you gave me permission to crash there. :)
