The SEC ALMOST NEVER files a petition for a review of the OIP because the OIP initial decision is almost INVARIABLY FOR THE SEC!!!
Why would they want a review of decisions that are FOR THEM???
Get it?? The ALJ OIP initial decisions are ALMOST ALWAYS in FAVOR of the SEC and AGAINST THE RESPONDENT!
