I’m not positive why, but if I could hazard a guess?

I think that the PR department is probably prohibited from commenting, while there’s an ongoing investigation against the company.

That’s a guess though. But a pretty good one, since it looks as if there’s been NO PR’s from DBMM about the investigation since it began.
