I know that approval requires manufacturing and the lack of solid information about what we have been paying Cognate for etc. is another issue. Everyone is just assuming that forking all that money over to Cognate means the manufacturing issue is resolved and that most of those Cognate hires are to ramp up DCVax-L manufacturing instead of for Cognate’s clients. I do not think those are reasonable assumptions at all.
