There's not even one leg here. It's just an typical OTC insider enrichment scheme. Shareholders paid Steve millions for his private FMS "company". Of which exactly zero has ever been verified.

On the contrary, app store metrics prove beyond a doubt that neither Steve nor Cogosense is selling "millions" of their product. It's simply impossible considering every user is required to install the app from the app store, yet install metrics are unchanged for years with zero new reviews. Defies all logic.

Note that the bSafemobile iOS product literally does not work as advertised. It lacks nearly all of the features and is essentially unusable.

It will be interesting to see a new "leg", which will involve ONCI shares.
