While I have no inside information on ONCI's involvement in a deal, it certainly is possible.

ONCI recently filed for a sale of 450 million shares at .0006.

The CEO of ONCI has many high-power personal relationships due to his past employments, and is set to make ONCI a multi-leg company, which will include gift card exchange, Canadian marijuana, mobile dental clinics, and its mainstay, a dongle that can be installed in a vehicle that will not only monitor driving habits, but prevent distracted driving by text and voice....something major insurance companies will be interested in incorporating for their insured.

It will be interesting to see a new "leg", which will involve ONCI shares.
