Rank and file shareholders should reject any request for an increase in the number of authorized shares unless reasonable concessions to us like a clear time frame for completion of whatever is pending with the statistical analysis plan, unblinding, and the public release of top line data are given.

We are now into January 2020 with no clearer idea of where we really are than in January 2019.

NWBO management cannot treat us like owners of the company when it behooves them and the rest of the time freeze us out of information we need to make good decisions about holding, buying or selling shares of our company.

Now is the time to draw a line in the sand:

No solid information - no more shares

They have rigged the vote by printing themselves shares and diluting us outsiders down to nothing but we still have a voice and at least we should protest on the record and not on a message board alone.

Again if they make fair concessions we can vote yes.
