it would seem logical to me that this cycle most likely began coincident with the launch of the 50Gbs device back in December 2018

So based on simple math it would seem logical that a successful completion of the cycle would be sometime in 2020, I believe that the initial signs investors can look for is NRE's from these Tier 1's for customizations and System Integration work
