The broker is taking the shares and immediately filling all bidders to get rid of them in a hurry... Will then take another tranche at a 50% discount to current low price and immediately dump them into whatever bids are there.

It's called deathspiral, and will resulted in over 1 billion shares outstanding and price possibly in triple .000's (trips) range...

At that point, the company will announce a REVERSE SPLIT is necessary for the company to survive, and they will do one and continue the deathspirals.

Sadly, this is the way it will end for many investors here... if the SEC doesn't shut em down first anyway...
