I'm thinking that both you and Proprium have pieces of the puzzle.

This did look to me like more of just a trading group that bought a few of the cheapies and then pumped and dumped for a quick profit.

As I recall, DV pretty much lost control of the share issuances a few years ago in a court settlement with one of her debt holders and that's why the OS hasn't been bloating like it did before.

Either way, there is no doubt the latest chasers are now bag holders as this ticker is so dirty it's not even a viable shell.
