There's nothing whatsoever in any public statement made by the Company to support this myth:
"Leo renewed the lease under the premise a deal was about to be finalized and IPIX could save millions by doing some of their own lab work."
"The prospective partner underwent a CHOW (Change of Ownership) and the new leaderhsip decided to focus on their current portfolio rather than add to it."

If the Company did make such a statement I'm sure you'll quote it.
