Leo renewed the lease under the premise a deal was about to be finalized and IPIX could save millions by doing some of their own lab work.

I think it safe to assume that both sides were negotiating in good faith.

The prospective partner underwent a CHOW (Change of Ownership) and the new leaderhsip decided to focus on their current portfolio rather than add to it.

I have one question for the critics. If you're so damn smart why didn't you warn Leo that this was going to happen?
