I’m looking for the petition to review to be denied this coming week, but timing is tough to say here as we wait to see if the commission accepts or denies the review. I believe regardless of if it’s reviewed, ultimately the initial decision of the dismissal of the proceeding will be finalized.

I really don’t see this being reviewed though, as the items for review were clearly explained in the judges initial decision.
