What's the problem ? All was going according to AZ's plan !

1) AZ always stated: Nothing will come from LT ! ...done
2) BK must be closed before we will get anything ! ...done
3) Escrow-Cusips are not cancelled ! ...done

Yep, I Did My Best', Always In An Effort To Help', ... ALL of These 100% Accurate Presentations’ Were TRUE', Most Importantly, WMI’s Court Approved Plan of Reorganization "Plan 7", WAS NOT “Disrupted” ~

That the WMI-LT’s QSR’s have Been Accurate’ ... yeppers all of them’ ...

That your Equity Class Cusips', “Tracking Markers” ... Would Not Be, or Could Not Ever Be Canceled by the WMI-LT ...

That there never was going to be any 75/25 distributions' of all that was WMI / WaMu ... nope, all of that ?, was nothing but pipe dreams ...

And, ... Yes, I have uncovered the “PROOF”, of a “Fair & Reasonable” Class Specific Recovery for those that released per 41.6 of Plan 7, ... ? ... Yeppers a submitted Class Specific release document submission, was necessary ... ~ Understand Plan 6 "Participate" In Plan 7 ~

However, I have also stated that I would not reveal the “PROOF” of it because I wouldn’t aid or assist any attempts to continue to disrupt Plan 7, or delay the “Closing of the Cases” ... Not Once’, did I ever promise to display the PROOF’ openly ... Not Once’ ... there’s more of course, but ? ... the common sense reasons, should be obvious ?

I’ve seen that some didn’t want Plan 7 to be “Fulfilled”, ... Plan 7' was "Fulfilled", yesterday' by Judge Walrath, ... Now, with the Judges Approved Closing of the Cases, ... no do overs’ ...
