I’ll disagree with you in the gunslingers that are absent ballot when there’s a mass shooting or actual shootout. But the appreciation in San Anton is going to have a sim run. Reminds me of the time I bought my last house during the recession in Phoenix for 100k now valued 240++. Plus there no license for open carry and more shootouts if we’re into that sort of thing. Florida also not state taxes better weather and endless hot women from all over and beaches. Nothing to me at least beats living on the 28th floor overlooking the city lights. Registration is dirt cheap in both states and no tolls in Texas so pick your poison.
