The word on the street is we should hear something around the 20th.

Another rshn shareholder shared an email that says something about J. Burkman giving an update on the 18th to the company.

Therefore its plausible that management will hear word on whether anything is going through within the appropriations bills from Burkman on the 18th (if the bills pass both house and senate). A news release could come anytime after that if certain.

Here is the reason for the timing:

There are two appropriations packages that were filed today 12/17 in senate, and which were in the house yesterday or this morning. Some articles were saying that it could pass both house and senate by end of today 12/17 (but deadline is 12/20).

I believe the 2nd package has most of the funding stuff related to our grant requests, but both packages need to pass to avoid the shutdown.

Technically the president needs to sign it by the 20th for it to be official as well as avoid the shutdown, so that is the reason why people should expect news after the 20th.
