Online reviews have been corrupted to the point they are useless at face value. I read them on products I’m researching to purchase. Eventually it’s possible to sort out most of the crap and conclude which reviews have some validity. Usually it’s some aspect of the product I wasn’t aware of that may or may not be important to me. I’ve been on this site and others before it far longer than you. A number of posters including me (and my wife who doesn’t post) take Vascepa. There hasn’t been one example of adverse effects. A number of docs who post here prescribe Vascepa. Not one has ever mentioned an issue. These reviews you have posted are completely bogus.
