First, when you stated so many "hate" V, what is there to hate about V? They go down easy, no burping, no fishy taste, not a thing noticeable.

As far as reviews, I checked one place and you can see how stupid (or they are writing their negative reviews on purpose for some reason) but none of what is claimed has been seen in multi-year studies to any significant degree. Here you are looking at the difference between anecdotal and scientific evidence.

Reminded me of when customers would buy a supplement and then complained about some side effect. Come to find out the reason they were trying the supplement in the first place is because they had a problem already and it was that underlying condition that was manifesting itself and of course they blamed the supplement. People - what can I say.
