If I could get shares at half their market value I would like that deal too. I just wouldn't in the next breathe pontificate about how the stock is undervalued and my acquiring shares at half their market value is somehow good for anyone other than me.
He has kept the company afloat and I am grateful for that. He just doesn't need to pretend that this latest move is somehow a good deal for joe shareholder.
Finally, if he is going to continue to put out unaudited financial statements, he might do us the courtesy of explain how with his business model the LONG TERM revenue stream diminishes from 1 million plus in one quarter down to 200K. There is probably some explanation for that. The fact that the explanation is not being offered implies something bad that they don't want to talk about. Same old Mackenzie bay. Same crap repackaged as cgei.
