Remember someone ( maybe Phil) saying that of the 13 companies heading to trial it represented around 85% of the cable company industry in the USA. And also mentioned was the point that after the agreement is signed with Canada and Mexico it would make them the next most likely targets. Comcast and Charter alone represent almost half the total market. But first let's get that TRIAL date!
