Based on these ( ANNUAL REPORT 2011; FDA approves AZ’s fish oil drug) the "approximately half" means 60-65% … ex-US was 48-58% of the US.

Nope. IIRC most of the drugs - that I checked from this aspect - had 40-60% (of US).
