Except those steps also happen for name change, mergers, buyouts. A rainy day and a sunny day both happen in a day., but they aren’t similar. Never was the example you gave described as having unfolded into an EXCEPTIONAL one nor was there any discrepancy between the number of transactions and the plural /singular used to describe the deal. Etc etc etc. So really not similar at all
