He'll never change his ties. Or anything else.

I did think there was at least a chance that he'd try to be "presidential" when he took office. And I'm sure at least some of his staff encouraged that. But he just wasn't capable of it. And he figures his fans love him the way he is.

He correctly figured out that he can behave pretty much as he likes, and no one can do anything about it.

Unless the Senate suddenly gets a collective brain and votes for conviction.
