You go girl....

Posters who cite patent issues are building their house over a swamp. Nine or ten years in the future and Amarin might be the size of Amazon and even if patents have expired ..so what.....

In the words of Pearl Bailey..." Course Size matters, you can't make butter with no toothpick". Patent arguments always assume...Always Assume...That nothing else is going to change...

Look at Microsoft...You think they are cratering because their 1989 patents are no longer valid...Same for Apple...News flash they are no longer making the Apple GS2 computer...The patents have expired...Amazon..Walmart, Microsoft. Apple...What do they have in common?..Ans: SIZE...Think you can take them on because their patents have gone south?...No...They have the customers the name..and the size..They can tie up the suppliers. The suppliers can not afford to lose their business..They have the brand and the markets...

The fact the patents have expired does not mean the generics can prevent Amarin from continuing their business..That would require patents that do not exist..and can not exist..because of Amarin's priooity...
