And in the small biotech space, the smart money is almost always on the short side because of confirmation bias!

There are so many small biotechs that are 95%+ to fail, and often have nitwit cult followings that create price levels that are so easy to exploit.

AMRN is a rare exception to that dynamic. It still seems to be attracting "smart short money" because those players are assuming it is still one of the confirmation bias "wounded gazelle" plays.

There have been pockets of opportunity here for the shorts -- but the long game is in the long's favor.

There are no lessons for biotech suckers here. Most of the other lottery tickets will come up losers.
