I would not fret over this study...They seem fixated on the O-3I the Omega three index which includes DHA...They seem to think the O-3I is the correct measure of CVD reduction effectiveness. And apparently do not understand it is all about EPA....They are also dialed into RBC (red blood cell O3i level...Probably their reflection on how blood sugar is measured in diabetic A1Cs....They claim the RBC O-3i is a better method of determining therapeutic benefits because trig levels effect plasma EPA levels...
Something that I have not heard before...The Gold Standard here is the AA/EPA ratio....
