NO it’s FINRAS way of suspending the stock

Incorrect. When FINRA suspends a stock it’s called a “TRADING HALT”.

This was not a trading halt...if it was then the ticker would remain.

This was a suspension of the CUSIP which has the result of deleting the ticker entirely

Understanding the difference can help avoid incorrect assumptions.

Also FINRA “trading halts” (which this was not) should also not be confused with Exchange Halts which can be done for news.
