LMAO NO it’s FINRAS way of suspending the stock. Sometimes they also get delisted then cancelled. Other times it’s to look into suspicious trading , or due to non reporting . It’s also done for name/ticker changes, RESTRUCTURING, and mergers etc. I also don’t remember anyone saying “BIOAQ” would ever trade again . Of course it won’t . It’s been delisted . What may happen is a buyout and/or share swap. Anyone who says they know what will happen (either way) is lying or guessing.
