Once again, if Landsberg is a successor entity to Loftwerks, and Sulja Bros is a successor entity to Loftwerks, it is conceivable that the judgment could be levied against Sulja. It all depends on how the original loan documents were written (if it committed all successor entitities) and how the merger agreement was written.

All that remains to be seen. But this was definitely a "cheap shot" by Gary Rennie, regardless of the outcome.
