the jugdment is against ammerman and his wife cheryl. sljb isn't mentioned in the judgment and it was dated and stamped 8/30/06, well after the merger allegedly took place.

also a poster went and visited the owner of the lot/building and he said the case has been over months already. the owner had a very bad opinion of ammerman (big surprise) and said he'd love to take 1.5mil for the property. the poster has provided pics of the lot and building (it looks $#!tty imo) and greenspirit will hopefully have them up soon.

Do you think a retraction would help? I think it would help some. not solve our problems, but at least help.
