My conspiracy theory is that Pfizer is waiting until the patent protection on Lipitor runs out, then they will start informing the public and the doctors that Cholesterol is good for you as long as the molecules are large, which is what Esperion was all about... Then, voila, a new patent and product to increase ourr large cholesterol molecules will be issued and Pfizer will start racking the $$'s again until the next time...
