-SAP "draft" competed sometime between June and September. If September at the latest then we have been in "talks with regulators" for at about a couple months.
I guess I see no reason that we can't still be utilizing the SAB. I see them in sort of a consultant capacity through the entire drafting process up until data lock.
"Over the last month and a half two months (at the least) we have been having a back and forth with 4 regulators on the SAP draft. We are taking their input, "consulting" with our SAB, possibly making certain modifications and then reengaging regulator 1, 2, 3, and/or 4 with those modifications until a happy medium is reached with the BOD, SAP and regulatory bodies. Once the happy medium agreement is reached, we "finalize" the SAP and run the data. Lock it. And TLD is presented."
Said the PR by Northwest that I dream would hit the wires for clarity into what the hell is going on. LOL
ANYWAY, I see this as our current status. Does that make sense or am I burning out working night shift?
