Exactly, this has all been fluid. The lawsuit created quite a delay and then this 211 process has been slower than any of us initially imagined. It’s been a learning experience for sure as our early time table expectations turned out to be unrealistic. That has been our fault, not the company. The company has been moving forward as quickly as they can and it turns out, it just takes awhile.
