If Docklight deal is off this will be in the next 10-Q, would it not?
NewAge would effectively be direct to distributor business for Docklight's Marley CBD beverages. Unlikely NewAge would get 50% of that. So, with no change in the deal announced, I would think the 50/50 remains in place, and we do not understand the machinations of the arrangement. Or, we likely find out otherwise on the next earnings report,.
