If you read NBEV boards nobody seems clear on the matter of who is now doing the what, and under what conditions. The fact that these are "Docklight" labeled gives weight to the article that claimed that, contrary to the terms of the agreement previously announced by NBEV, Docklight found that they own all rights to any Marley CBD products and NBEV can only manufacture the non CBD drinks. Nothing was said by NBEV by way of rebuttal in spite of the fact that this change, if it is one, is a material change of facts from those announced publicly by NBEV by way of guidance. One hopes this will be cleared up on the conference call. If NBEV has sandbagged its shareholders on this it's possible they have some legal /regulatory problems on their hands.
