Whether you think they are “taking too long” to complete the task or it is the regulators that have also taken long, contrary to your point that on x date you’ll seek regulatory action... that seems like an act that would be unlikely to be useful or successful.

No regulator is going to prosecute a company for being in a complex regulatory process that is taking longer than some random investors comfort or patience level. That is just not going to happen, unless there us fraud, and i see no basis to make such a claim.

It’s like shaking one’s fist at the sky. It might be entertaining and even maybe make you feel better, but it would not be useful.
