Smith may (or may not)own wells, UNRG owns nothing. It is a dead, empty business seeking money. I'm sure Smith would be willing to sell the UNRG shareholders some of his wells, though. Here's a hint, though, buyer beware: If it is a profitable well, why on earth would anybody sell it to a stinky pink company? It would be monumentally stupid to do that.
