Yes, totally -- this is what the KCSVEN post that's stickied was all about... what does it take to get the bid/ask spread on a buyout down to a reasonable level. It's all about removing enough uncertainties so that the gap can be bridged.

Once the FDA approves the broad label, and the Euro filing is in -- we could be getting close. Toss in a patent settlement, and you're essentially there. You can use a CVR to cover the value of additional possible indications.

I am not in the $100 camp (maybe I was at one point), but an early 2020 buyout could be in the $50 to $60 range. I think Thero would pull that trigger.

He's jawboning about future pipeline stuff, but I think that is all that is.

Having said that, if BP won't bite, GIA is going to deliver the value. And GIA keeps $100 in play. I'll take $55 all day though.
