Robo, sorry to see your last post got deleted, but I wanted to thank you. There have been times in the past where I was ready to put VEND behind me. Then you post something and all of those thoughts go away.

For the next few weeks my focus won't be on this board. You see, I did about a 15-20 minute review on the last 10-Q, and guess what I found? Over 10 material misstatements or omitted disclosures. I had a letter all drafted ready to go to the SEC and everything. But then I thought "let's see what the 10-K looks like." And, what do you know? Lo and behold the 10-K has the same issues, and more. So, I'll be busy re-drafting the letter. Now, at this point, you are probably wondering if I have any clue what I am doing or how to write such a letter. Well, this isn't my first, second or even third rodeo. I've corresponded with the SEC for clients more times than I would have liked. I'm even proud to say I played a role in putting some swindlers in federal prison for securities violations.

The boys from Corp Fin, and maybe even the DOE, are going to have a field day with what is left of the VEND crew. Hope they can afford decent legal counsel to represent them.
