$NTRR I read that the company is diluting on news. Is it true? Not sure. But it fell hard everytime and barely moved. I'm talking hundreds of millions of shares down. That is a red flag. Because it appears like the company could be the culprit. I took losses but I didn't want to lose it all on this guess.
