We received some good news today. The 2018 audit work is finally completed and the lead auditor on the file, along with the CFO Squad team are in agreement with all of the numbers and opening and closing balances, etc..

Now, we are waiting for the partners at RBSM to review and sign off on everything. On the last audit, this process happened very quickly.

If this is completed tomorrow, we will submit the filing over the weekend. If it doesn’t happen until Monday, we will submit the filing before the open on Tuesday morning.

We will be simultaneously filing the un-audited 2019 statements which will bring the company’s reporting status on OTC Markets back to “current”.

We intend to maintain current status permanently moving forward, even if it means having to submit un-audited statements IF we experience audit delays again (we’ve implemented processes and procedures to prevent this from occurring). Further details on this to be announced soon.

We will keep everyone updated on the status tomorrow by end of day – and will announce via Twitter the second that we have the signed audit in hand.
