"Because of location" (south of the LL Break, Tisdale Volcanics), I'd give this project odds of 1 / 10,000 of a significant gold discovery.

The chances of finding diamonds is probably a little higher; kimberlite pipes don't discriminate, they can pop up nearly anywhere. Gold however is more particular, and it apparently doesn't like Tisdale volcanics...
