Well, the filings today show that Dufort is now the CEO, President, Treasurer, Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and last but not least, Chief Administrative Officer. Whatever that is.

Dalsey is just a director and Orfanos is gone.

The other filing is to increased the A/S to 25,000,000,000, which we already knew about.

At the time of the filing the O/S was noted as 15,473,048,557. It's at 18,437,349,760 as of 10/22/19 at OTC Markets. We'll have to wait until the TA updates the O/S see if the O/S was reduced or if there was an error in the reporting at CO SOS.
