No no no, not banking on ISEE just pointing out a possible window of inoculation from the negatives till next elemental step in this process.
By the way, in my humble opinion, every failed drug once sponsored can be repurposed if added with and particularized to be dosed within an infinite variety of conditions introduced to a target. No drug is a failure, it just may have not been enhanced to a receptive target.
Gee, Botox was repurposed, lol.
